This portion of Caroline's biography by Cindy Coffell.

The following is courtesy of Caroline's son, Wayne Alger:
Caroline Alger is my mother. She served in the Army during the Vietnam campaign. She was one of the first 3 flat footed women allowed in the Military.

Her Father, Willis Harrison, died in 1920+/- -1994 in Florida. WWII.
Her Mother, Alice Harrison, died Oct 10 2001 She served in the air force reserves during WWII- she was cremated in Lampasas Tx and her remains are at sea.
Her Brother, William Harrison, died in April 2012 in the Philippian (2 children one graduated and one still in school).
Her other brother died (whom I never met and cant recall the name) died in Colorado and is buried in Iowa around the same time my dad died Willis Todd Alger. As far as I know he had no children.

As for my dad:

His dad is Willis William Alger (Find A Grave Memorial# 111692305) born 1888- 8-23-1959 was a WW1 as a mule skinner. He was the one who brought ammunition to the front lines and carried out the injured and deceased soldiers from the front lines. He was a fisherman by occupation in Mass. and a descendant of the Mayflower's John Aldin.
