Duane Franklin Reynolds, 39, of Duluth, died Tuesday, May 11, 1999, in his home. He was born on Jan. 22, 1960, in Cloquet to Frederick and Julia (LaDuke) Reynolds.

He spent most of his life in Cloquet and moved to Duluth in 1995. He was a member of the Fond du Lac Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick and one sister, Rosemary Reynolds.

He is survived by sons, Duane Morris of Bemidji and Duane Sam of Cloquet; daughters, Kristin "Krissy" Sam, Autumn Martineau, Tayshe Martineau and Katrina Martineau, all of Cloquet; his mother, Julia Reynolds of Cloquet; brothers, Frederick, Jr. of Cloquet and Dennis (Na) of Minneapolis; sisters, Fredericka DeCoteau of Siren, Wis., and Debbie (James) Mallery of Cloquet.

Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday with a prayer service at 7 p.m. in Northland Funeral Home in Cloquet. Funeral service continued at 10 a.m. on Saturday in Holy Family Catholic Church in Cloquet. Burial will be in Holy Family Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Northland Funeral Home, Cloquet.
