Carl August Anderson, 70, of 1173 N Henderson St, died today at 9:45 AM in St. Mary's Hospital, where he was admitted last Friday.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10AM in the Kimber and West Chapel, where friends may call Thursday evening. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery.
Mr. Anderson was born May 23, 1891, in Galesburg and was a life-long resident of this locality. He was engaged in farming years ago. He was a bachelor.
There are no immediate family survivors. Mrs. Howard Brown of Galesburg is a niece of the deceased.
