Son of James "110" Moore and Mary Moore. Husband of Elizabeth DRYDEN Moore (who was the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Beall Dryden).

Benjamin lived on "Child's Portion" and was a planter. He signed the Oath of Fidelity in support of the Revolution.
