Maxine Newman

Maxine Newman passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at the age of 80.
She is survived by her children, Linda Joyce Hansen, Beverly Kay Frosch, Mack Edward Newman, Charles Lee Newman and Mary Beth Kaizer; four brothers; three sisters; and her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, A.E. Newman; her parents, Mack Oatsvall and John and Dovie Horton.
She was a native of Hardin County, TN and a resident of Mandeville for the past 40 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 with visitation on Saturday beginning at 9:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Mandeville City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Newman be made to St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis, TN or the First Baptist Church of Lacombe Building Fund.
