Rites September 9
Services for Glendoris Bromley, 66, of Lucas, who died Tuesday, September 6, 1988 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, were held Friday, September 9 at Kale Funeral Home in Osceola. The Rev. Cliff Haider of Osceola officiated, with interment in Bethel Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Bromley was born November 23, 1921 at Leon, the daughter of Clarence Gabel and Madge Pickering. She attended Leon and Des Moines schools. She married John F. "Jack" Bromley on July 3, 1943 at Bethany, Missouri. She was a housewife.
Survivors include her husband, John Bromley of Lucas; son, Jack Bromley and wife, Donna of Lucas; daughter Judy Fisher and husband Gordon of Zearing, Iowa and six grandchildren.
