He was a retired U.S. Army colonel, a member of the Winter Park Presbyterian Church and the University Club. Survivors: widow, Dorothy; brother, Cecil, Hollywood, Fla. Cox-Parker Funeral Home will send the body to Arlington National Cemetery for service and interment.
