LEWISBURG — Knoxel Lewis Audas , 83, of Lewisburg, died Monday, July 28, 2003, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville.
Born Feb. 3, 1920, he was a laborer and had been employed by Hinton Lumber Co. He was preceded in death by his father, Issac Shelby Audas and his mother, Ethel Baugh Audas.
He is survived by his wife, Veneida Underwood Audas of Lewisburg; two daughters, Carrolyn Audas Hunt of Lewisburg and Jeanette Audas DeCourcy of Dunmor; two sons, Dwight Audas of Dunmor and Ted Audas of Benton; three grandchildren; three great - grandchildren; one great - great - grandchild; three step grandchildren; and one step great - grandchild.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, July 29, at Price Funeral Home in Lewisburg. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, July 30, also at Price Funeral Home, with the Revs. Carl Dugger, Bill Wilson and Jeremy Whitney officiating. Burial will follow in Dunmor Cemetery in Muhlenberg County.
