Nella Cassettari 88, passed away February 23, 2010 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 AM Saturday at Christ the King Catholic Church with burial following at Glendale Cemetery. A visitation will be from 4-6 PM Friday at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home.
Nella was born March 26, 1921 in Des Moines and was a licensed cosmetologist who owned her own business.
She is survived by her sisters, Lena Cassettari and Inez Stewart; nieces, Ellen (Jim) Becker, Margaret (Dennis) Allen; nephew, John Cassettari; great niece, Theresa Becker; great nephew, Matthew (Kimberly) Becker; 1 great great niece and 2 great great nephews.
