Mrs. Adeline Canfield, widow of Benjamin Canfield, died Jan 9 at the home of her neice, Mrs Daniel Somers, at Owego, aged 70 years. Her funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at the Baptist church at Warren Centre, Pa. Mrs. Canfield was a daughter of William Arnold and was born in the town of Warren, Pa. She was a sister of Seneca Arnold, of Towanda, Horace Arnold, of West Warren and Anor Arnold, who lives in the West. She had been a resident of Owego about six months.
