Mrs. Mary Chambers Bright, aged 73, widow of Albert Renfrew Bright, died Tuesday, January 2, at 8:30 p.m., at the home of her daughter Mrs. H.M. Patterson, New Galilee, after an illness of complications.
Added sadness attends the death of Mrs. Bright inasmuch as her only son, James Chambers Bright, died on New Years day and is being buried today.
Mrs. Bright had lived her entire lifetime in North Beaver and Big Beaver township and was a member of the Rocky Springs United Presbyterian church.
She is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Elizabeth B. Withrow, Temple City, Calif., and Mrs. Isabella B. Patterson, New Gallilee, also eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a brother, S.J. Chambers of New Castle; and two sisters; Mrs. Jennie Kennedy, Moravia and Mrs. Belle Mcgown of New Castle.
Funeral services will be conducted at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H.M. Patterson, New Gallilee, R.D.1, Friday at 2:30 p.m. by the Rev. W.W. Willis and interment will be made in Valley View cemetery. (please omit flowers)
