Gary Lee Lambton, 66, died at 7:05 a.m. on Thursday at his residence.

Born Oct. 28, 1943, in Bedford, he was the son of Richard and Erma (Gann) Lambton. He married Mareen (Susie) Incollingo on April 8, 1967.

He worked at National Salvage and Service Corp. in Bloomington. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy from 1961 to 1964.

Survivors include two sons, Shane Lambton and wife Loray of Mooresville and Seth Lambton of Bedford; grandchildren, Chenea, Parker and Grace Lambton; two sisters, Mrs. Stephen "Fritz" Hopkins of Florida and Mrs. Manson "Madge" Ballard of Michigan; several sisters- and brothers-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Bennie Lambton; and three sisters, Norma Jean "Toots" Hayworth, Lucy Duncan and Marilyn "Moog" Jacobsen.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Dave Weil officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery where military rites will be accorded at the graveside.
