Michael Alan Marble (1948-2007)

Michael Alan Marble, 59, of Sandy Hook, Ky., died Monday, July 16, 2007, in St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.

He was born June 18, 1948, in Ashland, Ohio, a son of the late George Downs and Marion Elizabeth (Dannley) Marble.

He was a correctional officer at EKCC and retired from Archway cookies (Ashland Ohio).

Surviving are his wife, Diana L. Marble; two daughters, Melanie Marble and Amanda May Marble, both of Wooster, Ohio; a stepdaughter, Stephanie Hardin of Kettering, Ohio; two grandchildren; and a brother, Dann Lee Marble of Ashland, Ohio.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home in Sandy Hook by Chaplain Ramsay and Micheal Anderson. Burial will be in Neil Howards Creek Cemetery.
