Funeral services for Mrs. Rose McGill, 79, were held Monday morning at the Precious Blood Catholic Church in Chickasaw. The Rev. Joseph Dick officiating. Burial followed in Precious Blood cemetery. Death occurred Friday morning. A native of Mercer County, she was born at Chickasaw, Aug. 30, 1876, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Gast. She was a member of Precious Blood Church. Surviving is her husband, Edward McGill; three brothers, Frank, Henry and Julius, all of Chickasaw; and a sister Mrs. Geo. Hendricks of Celina. (Obituary provided by Jim)
