Born in Swoyersville, Pa., to the late Adam and Eve (Lacek) Phillips, she was a longtime area resident. She was the widow of Stephen C. Liba and a former member of the Stratford Baldwin Center Seniors, St. James Seniors and the Slovak Catholic Sokols.
