Charles Dabney Adams of Faye Carey Road, Danielsville, Georgia died Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at the Hart County Hospital in Hartwell, Georgia.

Mr. Adams was born in Madison County, Georgia, October 16, 1949, son of the late William and Evelyn Fortson Adams. He was a mechanic and of the Baptist Faith.


Survivors include daughters, Shawn Hill and Stacy Skipper of Ila, Georgia; companion, Linda Glenn of Hartwell, Georgia; sisters, Robin Adams of Hartwell, Georgia, Dale Brooks of Athens, Georgia and Teresa Russell of Comer, Georgia. Three grandchildren also survive.


Funeral services for Mr. Adams will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 21, 2010 at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Bluestone Baptist Church Cemetery.


The body is at the Pruitt Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Saturday evening February 20, 2010. The family is at their respective homes.
