"Juanita V. Timms Bennett, age 83, beloved mother and grandmother, of Salt Lake City, died July 24, 1979, in a local hospital.

Born October 27, 1895, Salt Lake City to Avery J. and Mary Ann Newson Timms. Married John M. Bennett, who preceded her in death. Member LDS Church, LeGrand Ward. Former resident of Los Angeles, California.

Survivors: three daughters, Mrs. James F. (Rosemarie) McCrea, Mrs. Lee (Marjorie) Erickson, both of Salt Lake; Mrs. Mary Louise Newell Truitt, of Marin County, California; three grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; brother and sister, William Robert Timms and Mrs. F. F. (Edith) Wetzel, both of Salt Lake City.

Funeral services Saturday, 12 noon, 27th East Ward Chapel, corner of 4th Avenue and "P" Street. Friends may call Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Friday 6-8 p.m. and Saturday at the Ward Chapel one hour prior to services. Interment Salt Lake City Cemetery."
