Vance Therman Richards, 64, of Luray, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2008, at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg.

Mr. Richards was born April 19, 1944, in Luray, and was the son of the late Carson Howard Richards Sr. and Catherine Marie (Stoneberger) Richards.

He was a supervisor for Wallace Business Forms for over 30 years.

On Sept. 10, 1965, he married Cornelia Ann Printz, who survives.

He is also survived by a daughter, Theresa L. (Richards) Seastrom and son-in-law, Randolph A. Seastrom, of Stanley; two sisters, Joan Lucas and Doris Kite, both of Shenandoah; and two grandchildren, Andrew Seastrom of Stanley and Vanessa D. Allen of Edinburg.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Lillian B. Richards, and a brother, Carson H. Richards Jr.

Pastor Roger Baker will conduct the funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2008, at Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, where visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. today. Burial will be at Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.

Memorial contributions may be made to U.Va./Page Dialysis Center, 235 Medical Drive, Stanley VA 22851 in his name or flowers are welcome.
