Marja Lu Brinkerhoff of Lovell was born in Batesville, Ind., on Jan. 3, 1957. She died on Feb. 9, 2010.

She married Richard C. Brinkerhoff on Aug. 31, 1985, and they were sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple.

Marja worked for 15 years as a pharmacy technician at North Big Horn Hospital. She was active in the LDS Church and loved to sing in the choir and serve others in many different capacities. Her greatest joy was her family.

She is survived by her husband, Richard; her son, Christopher (Ashlee) Clark; her other children, Kim (Craig) Abraham, Rick (Jerri) Brinkerhoff and Kristen (Mark) Averett; her parents, Bob and Marty Smith; her brothers, Steve (Loretta) Smith and Mark (Janet) Smith; her sisters, Cindy (Bill) Ebarb and LouAnn (Dick) Weber; mother-in-law May Brinkerhoff and 13 grandchildren.

Viewing will be Friday, Feb. 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Haskell Mortuary in Lovell. Services will be held Saturday, Feb. 13, at 10 a.m. at the Lovell LDS Stake Center. Intenment will follow at the Lovell Cemetery.
