Florence is the daughter of George and Margarethe (Katie) Thrum Kallenberg. Her siblings are Alfred George and William Heinrich. She married Gordon Clair Hughes and had 5 children. She loved horses and was an avid rider. She learned to ride in Elberon, NJ. Her cousin, Lorraine Fliedner Aumack's husband Joe was a trainer for Goldvogel. She is sadly missed by all her children and she will always be remembered with love.
