My father Richard was born during hard times, in the Great Depression, and he grew up hard as well. He had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and horseback riding. He was a hard worker and could always be counted on to help out a friend. He taught me how to play Hank Williams songs on the guitar, and he resembled the actor Paul Newman, only better looking! I miss my dad all the time, since he passed away in 1984, under mysterious circumstances.
