He had been a resident of the area for 29 years, residing at Cutter. He was a veteran of World War II, and an employee of Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company.
He was survived by his wife, Myrtle; three daughters, Mrs. Delphina Kenton of Globe, Mrs. Myrna Clayton of Cutter and Mrs. Carol Wesley of Phoenix; one brother and four sisters, from out of the area; and five grandchildren.
