Evelyn F. Anderson, age 91, of Hobart, passed away Friday, February 5, 2010 at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart, IN.
Evelyn had been a lifelong Hobart resident and a member of Barrington Ridge Baptist Church. Evelyn and her husband, Harold, who survives, were united in matrimony on June 20, 1937 in Hobart. Evelyn was a loving wife, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Harold; three children: Karen (Joe) Anders of Hobart, Randy Anderson of WA and Dennis (Lucille) Anderson of Crestwood, KY; 13 grandchildren: Debra (Robert) Evans, Joseph (Lourdes) Anders, Randy (Kerry) Anderson, Ron (Dawn) Anderson, Robert (Jenn) Anderson, Russ Anderson, Rick Anderson, Amanada Anderson, Rodney Anderson, Roger Anderson, Rosie (Sal) Guel, Dan (Tina) Soria and Tom (Laura) Soria; and 24 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 11:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd., Hobart, with Rev. Mitch Whidden officiating.
Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso.
