At 8:30 on the morning of Oct. 4, 1939, at St. Patrick's chapel in St. Paul, Minn., funeral rites were said for Laura C., youngest child of Thomas W. and Amanda J. Waller.
Laura passed away in St. Betheroa hospital at St. Paul, at 6:30 on Oct. 2, after a brief illness.
Laura was born July 30, 1890.
She was united in marriage to Carl M. Reynolds of Leon on June 18, 1909, at which place they made their home for a number of years, moving to LeMars, Iowa, 18 years ago. Going in March this year to make her home at St. Paul.
To this union six children were born, Francis of California, Mrs. Howard Erwin of St. Paul, Milroy W. of Riverside, Michigan, Mrs. Charles Webb of Amarillo, Texas, Isabel and Ruth E. of St. Paul. She also leaves four brothers, R. C. Waller of Archer, Iowa, J. R. Waller of Archer, Iowa, William T. of Cummings, Iowa, Clyde of Lucas, and one sister, Mrs. M. L. Reynolds of Leon. These with the husband are saddened at her going and will miss her from the home.
Laura, with other members of her family, was confirmed into the St. James Catholic church of LeMars some seven years ago in which faith she lived until her passing.
The body was laid to rest in the beautiful Cavalry cemetery in northwest St. Paul.
You are not forgotten, loved one, nor will you ever be, As long as life and memory last, We will remember thee.
