Mary L. 'Midge' Flinn, 89, Randall, Kansas, was born April 28, 1904 at Randall and died January 19, 1994, at Cheyenne Lodge Nursing Home, Jamestown.
Mary, the daughter of Jesse and Bessie (Seaver) Kibbe, was a lifetime resident of Randall and graduated from Randall High School in 1924.
She married Ole Elbert Flinn on September 14, 1927 at Randall. He died December 1, 1933.
She was a member of the former Christian Church in Randall and presently a member of the Community Church, Randall. Mary was employed at the Randall Bank until she retired. She had been a resident of Cheyenne Lodge Nursing Home sind January 22, 1988.
Survivors include: a son, Vaughn and his wife, Nadene, of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren, Kimberly (Wain) Fairchild of Harwood, Texas; Jeff Flinn of Katy, Texas; and Greg Flinn of San Antonio, Texas; a sister-in-law, Mildred (Clark) Kibbe, of Concordia, and a brother-in-law, Darrell Behrends, of Randall.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister, Bertha (Kibbe) Behrends and two brothers, Jacob and Murvin Kibbe, and sister-in-law, Emma (Gordon) Kibbe.
Services were Saturday, January 22, 1994 at the Community Church in Randall with Rev. Roberta Faulkner officiating. Casket bearers were Robert Kibbe, Kenneth Kibbe, Lyle Flinn, Richard Matthew, Stanley Behrends and Terry Behrends. Musician was Sherilyn Kadel. Burial was in Randall Cemetery.
