Bertha Minerva (Kibbe) Behrends, 72, Randall, died Thursday morning, March 3, at the Mitchell County Hospital in Beloit.
She was born September 16, 1915, at Randall, a daughter of Jesse and Bessie (Seaver) Kibbe. She attended Randall schools and was graduated from Randall High School in 1934. On April 3, 1938, she was married to Darrell Behrends at Covert.
Mrs. Behrends was a member of the Christian Church of Randall. A lifetime resident of the Randall community, she moved to Randall in 1984.
Surviving are her husband, Darrell of Randall; two sons, Stanley and wife, Phyllis Behrends of Beloit; and Terry Behrends of Randall; one daughter Vonda Johnson of Randall; one sister, Midge Flinn of Randall; and two grandsons, Jim and Jason Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5, in the United Methodist Church at Randall, with the Rev. Roberta Faulkner officiating. Burial will be in the Randall Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church or the Gleaners Guild, both of Randall.
