Mrs. Beatrice F. Dockey
Mrs. Beatrice F. Dockey, 73, a president of Lysock View, died there at 7:10 a.m. today, Monday, Aug. 7 1972. She was a former resident of the William Hepburn Apartments and the widow of Jeremiah Dockey.
She was born April 11, 1899 in this city, a daughter of Augustus and Amelia Shatto Liddick.
Mrs. Dockey was a retired employe of the U.S. Ribbon Mills.
Surviving are a son, Jerry A. of Montoursville; a half brother, Franklin Greenly, of this city; three sisters, Mrs. Hazel Cook, Mrs. Minnie Carichner and Miss Nila Liddick, all of this cityl and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Spitler's, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville, with the Rev. Charles M. Heaps, pastor of Bethany Lutheran Church, Montoursville, officiating. Burial will be in Montoursville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
Married Jeremiah Benjamin Dockey 19 January 1918. Immanuel German Reformed Church, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Ended in divorce.
