Mrs Freda Stalnaker, 69, of Portland, formerly of Dunbar, W Va died Friday in Portland after a short illness.

A 12 year resident of Portland, she was a former employee of the YWCA there and attended Dunbar Mountain Mission Church.

Surviving; son Jimmy E of California; daughters, Mrs Sharon Booton of Portland, Mrs Bertha Smith of Cincinnati, Ohio; brothers; Charles Nesselrotte of Texas, Willard Nesselrotte of Kentucky; sisters Mrs Isabel Craig of Jacksonville, Fla., Mrs Edna Knopp of Spencer, W Va, and Mrs. Dorothy O'Brien of North Carolina, Mrs Dora Lowhon of San Antonio, Texas; eight grandchildren.

Service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. J E "Budd" Legg officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.
