Accomplished Opera Singer & Teacher
Arthur specialized in building the voices of pop, rock, country, and classical singers and songwriters who wanted to maximize their vocal development. He taught vocal instruction for 55+ years. Over the decades, he has given instruction to hundreds and hundreds of students, some of which have gone on to careers in radio, television, film, theatre and the fine arts.
Arthur held memberships to the following organizations: National Association of Teachers of Singing, SAG, AGMA, AFTRA and AGVA.
He has performed with The San Francisco Opera, Bocce Ball Club in San Francisco (circa 1950), Pacific Opera Company, staff vocalist at KRLD Radio in Dallas, Radio City Music Hall, San Francisco Symphony and had conducted an operatic program at the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts.
He attended Stanford University as well as Southern Methodist University.
