Funeral services for Helen M. Jenkins Bezy, 78, of New Albany, will be held at noon Friday, Dec. 14, at the Kraft Funeral Chapel, with burial in Edwardsville Cemetery. She died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2007, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Kathleen Vincent, New Albany; a son, John Timothy Bezy, Pekin; a sister, Norma Jeanne Ingram, New Albany; three brothers, George Thomas Jenkins, Louisville, James Robert Jenkins, Fort Thomas, Ky. and Charles Edward Jenkins, New Albany; four grandchildren, Spencer, Todd, Stacy and John; and one great-grandchild, Isabel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Bezy; her parents, Ivan Conrad and Lillian Rose Stinson Jenkins; and a brother, Joseph Conrad Jenkins.
Visitation at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring St., New Albany, will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions in her memory to the Floyd County Animal Rescue League, New Albany.
