Butler Eagle Mrs. Richard Bollinger Mrs.
Verna D. Boring Bollinger, 80, of Sunny Crest Nursing Home, formerly
of 110 Alameda Rd., died at 12:30 a.m. today at Butler County
Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Bollinger was a charter member of Calvary
Presbyterian Church, Butler. Born in March 1, 1902, in Derry,
Westmoreland County, she was the daughter of Harold & Alice Palmer
Boring. Her husband, Richard A. Bollinger, died Dec. 28, 1978.
Surviving are five sons, Richard C., Jack F., Glenn A., Kay D., and
Terry L. Bollinger, all of Butler; two daughters, Mrs. Ralph V.
(Faye) Warheit, and Mrs. John (Judy Ann) Graham, both of Butler; 12
grand-children and seven great-grandchildren. BOLLINGER- Friends of
Mrs. Verna D. Bollinger of Sunny Crest Nursing Home, formerly of 110
Alameda Rd., who died Wednesday, June 30, 1982, will be received at
the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., from 2 to 4 and
7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.
Friday from the funeral home, with the Rev. Dr. Donald R. Hyer,
pastor of Calvary Presbyterian Church, officiating. Private burial
will be in Greenlawn Burial Estates, Mt. Chestnut. Arrangements by
Thompson-Miller.
