-Walter Joseph Joiner, 43, a farmer, of near here and a Pilgrim Holiness minister, died yesterday. He was the son of William R Joiner and the late Florence Evans Joiner. He was pastor of Smith Memorial Pilgrim Holiness Church in Bethlehem and was formerly pastor of Pilgrim Holiness Church, Ridgely.
He is survived by his second wife, Mrs. Pearl Edwards Joiner; a son, Willard, by the first marriage, three brothers, William E and Howard joiner of Denton, and Robert Joiner of Elsmere. His first wife was the late Mary Price Joiner.
The funeral will beheld Wednesday at 2 pm in the Pilgrim Holiness Church here and interment will be in Denton Cemetery.
