Frances M. Anderson Moser, 93, of Newtown Square, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2005, at Brandywine Hospital.
She was the beloved wife of Milton S. Moser, with whom she shared 65 years of marriage.
Born in Campbellford, Ontario, Canada, she was the daughter of the late John and Maude Bailey Anderson.
Before becoming a mother and a homemaker, she worked as a registered nurse, having received her diploma in 1932.
In 1968, she relocated to the United States with her husband and became involved in charity work as a volunteer.
She enjoyed smocking, gardening and cooking. She was particularly fond of children.
She is survived by a son, David W. Moser of Exton; a daughter, Mary E. Braudes of Danvers, Mass.; and two granddaughters, Sarah Moser of Downingtown and Lauren Braudes of Danvers, Mass.
She was preceded in death by four sisters, Mabel Livingstone, Alta Gillespie, Jean Anderson and Margaret Anderson, all of Toronto, Canada, and a brother, Harry Anderson, also of Toronto.
A funeral servcie will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 25, at the Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester.
Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Birmingham-Lafayette Cemetery, West Chester.
Contributions in her memory made be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
