She was born October 22, 1899, in Vernal (Maeser), a daughter of Isaac Morley and Anne Elizabeth Starkie Jones. She married Charles Owen Bartlett on August 24, 1922 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
She was reared in the Vernal and attended Uintah County Schools. She lived in Tridell, Salt Lake City and Provo. In 1983, she and her husband moved to Logan.
She was active in the PTA and various community activities.
She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in many callings including Primary and Relief Society. She and her husband served two missions to the Uintah Basin Indian Mission.
She is survived by her husband of Logan; four sons, Mark J. Bartlett, Orem, Utah; Clyde Ray Bartlett, North Logan, Utah; Charles Claymore Bartlett, Smithfield, Utah; Floyd Henry Bartlett, Vernal, Utah; Three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Gillard, Salt Lake City, Utah; Mrs. Ona Patterson, Sal Lake City, Utah; Mrs. Lela (Dix) Coons, Warwick, Rhode Island.; 30 grandchildren; four brothers, Morley Jones, Salt Lake City, Utah; Warren S. Jones, Fountain Green, Utah; Albert Jones, Virgin, Utah; Howard Jones, Richfield, Utah; Three sisters, Mrs. Mazie Wilson, Lynnwood, Washington; Mrs. Lucy Wilson, St. George, Utah; Mrs. Olive (Fred) Weyerman, Weston, Idaho. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Gwena.
Funeral services will be Monday at noon in the Tridell Ward Chapel with Bishop J. Goodrich conducting. Friends may call Monday at the ward from 10:30 a.m. until services begin. Burial in Tridell Cemetery.
