Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Ave., Lawrenceburg, Tenn., where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 22, 2009 , with Greg Lee officiating. Interment will follow at Restview Cemetery in Loretto, TN .

Arlene Barton Pennington Stockard, age 87, of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, died Monday, December 21, 2009, at The Summitt of Lawrenceburg She was a native of Lauderdale County, Alabama, retired LPN from the Emergency Room at Crockett Hospital, and a Baptist.
Her parents were the late Sampson Dewey Barton and Lora Alice Phillips Barton. She was also preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Pennington; husbands, William Howard "Taft" Pennington and Lester Stockard; one brother, Roy Barton; one sister, Margie Dean Barton.
