George "Henry" was born in Harmony on March 27, 1918, a son of William Hamilton and Carrie May Feete Leatherman of Harmony and was the husband of Cora Larue Warrenfeltz Leatherman whom survives him.
Henry was a member of the Christ Reformed Church of Middletown and a retired farmer.
Henry farmed the same farm he helped his father before him farm in the Harmony area of Frederick County. Henry and Cora were never blessed with children.
In addition to his wife he is survived by one sister, Miss Mary E. Leatherman and one brother, Carroll F. Leatherman, both of Route 2, Myersville and two nephews.
Services were held at the Christ Reformed Church, Middletown with internment being made in the church cemetery.
