Karue Allen
McGUFFEY - Karue Allen, 50, was dead on arrival at 4:17 p.m. Wednesday in Hardin Memorial Hospital following an apparent heart attack.
Born March 13, 1925, in Waldo, Ky., he was a son of Ramey and Mary Rowe Allen. He married Bonnie McIntosh in July, 1962, and she survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Teressa Allen and Mrs. Millie Awsley, both of Lima, and Anne, at home; three step-daughters, Mrs. Betty Oeurtch of Kenton, Mrs. Roger (Maxine) Britzke and Mrs. Letha Conley, both of LaPorte, Ind.; a step-son, Eugene Conley of LaPorte, Ind.; two grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Dewey (Gracie) Pinks of here, and a brother, Andrew of Kenton.
He attended the Pentecostal Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hanson Funeral Home, Alger, Rev. George Hurt and Rev. Eugene Haney officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
