His Texas Death Certificate is online, but they misspelled his middle name using Taboon instead of Layborn.

In his first US Census as a child his first name was Franklin, there after it was just Frank on his following US Census, his World War I Draft Registration, an Death Certificate.

The part of Lee County that he and an his parents were living in was part of Burleson County that got annexed into Lee County on 14 Apr 1874.
