Popular Young Mother Was Long Ill; Leaves Three Children in School
Mrs. Orlando Sage, aged 38, one of the most popular women of the community, died Tuesday noon at her farm home, after a lingering illness against which an extensive but vain fight had been waged.
She was known throughout the district where she lived as a splendid wife and mother, a kindly neighbor and a patient and cheerful friend to the end.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three children, Benson, Marvin and Mildred, all attending school at Muir.
Funeral services will be Friday afternoon from the home with Rev. Dr. Belaske, of the Muir church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in North Plains Cemetery.
