Jane A. Benham, 57, of Noblesville, died Jan. 2, 2010.

Born April 13, 1952 in Connersville, she was the daughter of Robert Benham Sr. and Dorotha (Harper), both deceased.

Ms. Benham was a graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School Class of 1970 and received her BA in Zoology and Chemistry from Indiana University in 1974. She worked for 25 years with Bell Industries in Indianapolis and Cleveland, Ohio. She was in management.

Survivors include brother, Chuck (Connie) Benham of Jacksonville, Fla.; sister, Brenda (Toby) Gilliam of Rushville; nieces and nephews, Wes (Rebecca) Benham and Audra (Devon Springman), Colton and Cala Benham, Aaron (Nancy) Gilliam and Chelsie Gilliam; six great-nieces and nephews; and close friend, Lisa Fisher of Noblesville.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert K. Benham Jr.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
