MORGANTON - Mrs. Annie Bell Wall Bristol formerly of Council Oak's Estate of Morganton went to be with her Jesus on Tuesday, July 20, 2004.
Born in Burke County she was the daughter of the late Robert Terrell Wall and Bertha Bell Epley Wall of Morganton.
In Addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant daughter; her husband, the Rev. Billy Bristol; brother, Raymond T. Wall; and a sister, Mary Beatrice Wall Ray.
She is survived by a daughter, Billie Ann Berry and a son-in-law, Ralph Berry of Morganton; grandchildren, Patricia Ann Berry and husband, Terry, Ward Berry and wife, Angie all of Morganton, Charlotte Hughes and husband, Sam, of Old Fort; great grandchildren, Elizabeth Danielle Anthony, Madison Sarahann Berry, Ralph Walker Hughes and Kenneth Emory Hughes; three sisters, Mable Ross, Muriel Houck and Ruby Mulwee all of Morganton; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She is also survived by many friends, Joyces Wall and friends at the Shytle House, Freda and James Berry and Carolyn and Norman Bolick
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Central Baptist Church in Morganton of which she was a member with the Revs. Richard Cline and Donald Lovelace officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Kirksey Funeral in Morganton.
The resting place will be at Burke Memorial Park next to her loving husband, the Rev. Billy Bristol.
Memorials in Mrs. Bristol memory may be made to the American Red Cross 305-A West Union Street Morganton, N.C. 28655 or to the Shytle House, Hospice of Burke County, P.O. Box 1029 , Valdese N.C.
