Emeline & George lived with her parents, Elias & Mary (Palmer)(Braman) Braman until Emeline married and moved to Colrain. George remained with his grandparents and was raised by them. He listed them as his parents on his marriage license.
On 8 Feb 1880, he married Mary Anne Lynch in Northampton.
He worked as a teamster and a farmer.
He died at the Beaven-Kelly Home in Holyoke, MA of Acute Broncho-Pneumonia & Hypertension.
According to his granddaughter (my mother) George loved to read and play the violin.
Note: George has no known father. The Edward/Edwin Braman listed on the death certificate did not exist. George's birth is registered as illegitimate, no father listed, in Northampton.
