Arleene Hatch Walters "Sweetheart" Arleene Hatch Walters, 82, passed away March 21, 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born Feb. 12, 1923 in Salt Lake City to Samuel H. and Margaret Price Hatch.

Married Ernest Henry McMillan; later divorced. Married Malcolm Leon Walters in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Sept. 3, 1952. She was active in the LDS Church, and held many stake and ward
positions. She was an ordinance worker in the Jordan River Temple and served in the Singapore Mission with her husband.

Loved reading, fishing, traveling,
and most of all her family. She enjoyed providing compassionate service to others, and had love for everybody. She loved and lived the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Survived by husband, Leon; children, Mary Anne (Lee J.) Brindley, Margaret (Rich) Reuling, Bryan (Melanie B.) Walters, Kevin (Teresa) Walters, Karen (Marc) Olesen, and Craig (Jodi) Walters; 14 grandchildren; eight
great-grandchildren; brothers, Samuel (Sue) Hatch, and Kendall (Marva) Hatch.
Preceded in death by grandson, Patrick; one sister and one brother.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 26, 2005, at 1 p.m. at the Sandy Central
Stake Center, 1050 East Galena Dr. (9800 So.). Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
