Virginia A. (Bump) Barlow, 90, of Shell Point Village, Fort Myers, FL., and a longtime resident here, died in Fort Myers.
She was born in Rochester, NY, and lived here from 1909 until moving to Florida in 1984. She attended Springfield schools and was graduated from the MacDuffie School for Girls. She was a member of the South Church, the Colony Club, the Springfield Junior League, the city's Women's Club and the Atlanta Club. She was active in the Springfield Girls Club and Family Center and an honorary director of the Home Information Center.
Her husband, Edward C. Barlow, died in 1981. She leaves a stepson, John D. Barlow of Hartford.
