BERTI IZETTA HILL CARR, wife of Gilbert Carr of Belleview, Michigan, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2009 at her home.
She was born February 11, 1926 at Rockhold, Kentucky and was the daughter of the late Abie and Susie SUTTON HILL. She was married to Gilbert on May 29, 1954.
Survivors include her husband, Gilbert; sons, David Carr (Debbie), Donnie Carr, Clinton Carr (Leona), and Glenn Carr (Denise), all of Michigan, and Raymond Carr (Carol) of Kentucky; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Karr and Lora Older of Kentucky.
In addition to her parents, Berti Izetta was also preceded in death by brothers, Otto Hill and Harley Hill.
Visitation was held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday at the O'Neil Funeral Home in Corbin, Kentucky.
Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday at the funeral home.
Burial was in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky.
