Funeral services for Grover C. Goode, 81, Athens, were today at Spry Funeral Home Chapel. A. J. Rollings was the officiating minister, burial was in the Athens Roselawn Cemetery. Death came Wednesday at 2:45 a.m. at the District One Sanitorium at Flint.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lizzie Goode, Athens; two sons, Jessie Goode and Kenneth Goode, both of Athens; a stepson, Floyd Howard, Athens; a brother, Jesse Goode, Florence; and three step-grandchildren.
