Mrs. (Robert) Agnes Aurelia Adamson of Paxton, passed away Friday at 7:20 p.m. at the family home. She had been ill for the past year.

Mrs. Adamson, a resident of Paxton since 1913, was known as a lovable Christian woman and will be genuinely missed by her many friends in the community.

Agnes Aurelia Russell was born on August 15, 1875, at Chicago, the daughter of Adam and Mary Agnes Roach Russell. Her childhood was spent, in Chicago where she attended public schools.

The deceased was Joined in marriage with Robert Adamson on December 25, 1901 at Chicago. The couple lived In Michigan before moving to Paxton in 1913.

Mrs. Adamson was a member of the Westminster Bible Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents, a sister, Marian Russell, and two brothers. Robert Russell and Frank Russell.

Surviving relatives, in addition to her husband, include three daughters, Irene of Paxton, Mrs. W. (Dorothy) Marbaugh of Wheaton and Ruth of Decatur: three grandchildren, Mary Ellyn, Ruth Ann and Martha Jean Marbaugh, all of Wheaton; and two sisters, Mrs. Irene Hershman of Houston, Texas and Mrs. F. L. Aiman of Austin, Texas.
