EAST DUBLIN - Mr. Bobby Freeman Brantley, 62, of East Dublin, died Saturday, March 27, 2010. -Mr. Brantley was a lifelong resident of Laurens County and was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Edith Gibbs Brantley. He was employed at Fortsmann, East Dublin for 29 years, was retired from Mohawk Industries, East Dublin, and was a member of Union Baptist Church, Minter. -Survivors include his wife, Linda Holmes Brantley; three sisters, Jimella B. Cryer, Bluffton, SC, Suzanne B. Veal, Wrightsville, and Eva B. Burchfield, Dalton; two brothers, William R. Brantley, Brewton, and Gibbs W. Brantley, East Dublin; and several nieces and nephews. -Funeral services will be held at 2P.M. Tuesday, March 30 in Union Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. -The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday at Sammons Funeral Home, Soperton and may be reached at the home of Mrs. Suzanne B. Veal, 1723 Piney Mount Church Road, Wrightsville.
