Frank was born 11 November 1938 in Blooming Grove, Texas and was a graduate of Pelham High School and a former employee of Austin Pavement Company.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Williams Sr. and wife Jimmy Sneed Williams.
He is survived by mother-Nora Williams, a very special one, Karen Brown, Children, Sharon Coleman of Blooming Grove, Connie Williams, Linda Owens, Lehell Williams all of Centerville, Tonya Campbell of Corsicana, Judy Williams of Fort Worth, and Frank Williams 2nd, Kendra Reese, Terry Williams and Frederick Williams all of Dallas, a sister, Mae Jackson of Dallas, Brothers, The Rev. R.C. Williams of Fort Worth and Roger Guinyard of Blooming Grove, eighteen grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other relatives.
