Mr. Livingston was born near North, a son of the late Samuel H. and Anna Tindall Livingston. He was employed with the Coca Cola Co. He was a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are: his widow, Mrs. Eloise L. Livingston of Orangeburg; two daughters, Mrs. Henry D. Slater of Charleston, Mrs. John R. Carig of Atlanta, Ga.; two sons, Zack E. Livingston of Orangeburg; a sister, Mrs. A. N. Avinger of Orangeburg; and ten grandchildren.
